- Who is Dubrovnik Airport Private Transfer? We are legal travel agency owned by Mili Tours sole trader, from Dubrovnik, Croatia, VAT ID 89254271777. Ivo Milovcic (Dubrovnik local) is the founder and licensed guide/driver.
- How Can I make a transfer booking? Use our booking form at homepage, choose your transfer date and time, pick up and drop off locations, see prices, choose your vehicle, enter contact details and opt to pay in advance by PayPal or finish your booking without credit card, by taking a Pay in Cash to driver option. You will receive our booking confirmation voucher shortly.
- What is your Airport Meet & Greet Service? Our driver will meet you at the airport terminal building, holding a printed name-tag.
This service includes up to 1 hour FREE waiting time at the airport after landing. Drivers wait free of charge in the case of a delayed flight. - Are there any hidden fees? No. Our prices are fixed and include motorway tolls, parking fees, and ferries. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.
- Do I contact my driver if my flight is delayed? No need! We monitor your flight in case of any delays.
- Who do I contact in an emergency?: Call or text +385 98 163 6540 (WhatsApp and Viber supported)
- We are child friendly, pet friendly and accept wheelchairs (please describe your wheelchair size).
- I cannot find a route to book, what shall I do? If your route or address is not covered by our booking engine, then please send us your booking inquiry here.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Sure, just send us an inquiry here - Cancellation policy: We return 100% of PayPal prepayment if you cancel at least 24 hours before your ride, simply e-mail [email protected] to send your cancellation ride details.
- Where will I meet your driver? Our driver will wait for you at the arrivals terminal holding your name-tag. If you cannot locate a driver, please contact us at the emergency number +385 98 163 6540
- For pick up that is not at the airport we will wait at the address you specify in the booking form or at the nearest available vehicle access location (we check pick-up locations in advance and inform you where exactly our driver will be).
